Web site Usage Agreement between the No Limit Galery (NLG) and the User

Use of this site constitutes agreement with the following terms and conditions:

1. All contents on this Web site are protected by copyright. No other use of the material is authorised without prior written permission from the NLG.

Any copy made of the material must retain all copyright and other proprietary legends and notices in the same form and manner as on the original. Any use of textual and multimedia information (sound, image, software, etc.) in the Web site shall be accompanied by an acknowledgement of the source, citing the uniform resource locator (URL) of the page (Title of the material, © NLG, URL).

2. INFORMATION ON THIS SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. The NLG makes every effort to ensure, but does not guarantee, the accuracy or completeness of the information on its Web site. Our goal is to keep this information timely and accurate. However some data or information on our site may have been created or structured in files or formats which are not error-free and we cannot guarantee that our service will not be interrupted or otherwise affected by such problems. The NLG accepts no responsibility with regards to such problems (failure of performance, computer virus, communication line failure, alteration of content, etc.) incurred as a result of using this site or any link to external sites.

7. If this site contains message or communication facilities, the User shall not do any of the following:

Defame, abuse, harass, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others;

The User specifically acknowledges and agrees that the NLG is not liable for any conduct of any other User, including, but not limited to, the types of conduct listed above.

8. This site may contain advice, opinions and statements from external Web sites. Hyperlinks to non-NLG Internet sites do not imply any official endorsement of or responsibility for the opinions, ideas, data or products presented at these locations or guarantee the validity of the information provided. The sole purpose of links to other sites is to indicate further information available on related topics.

9. The NLG reserves the right to deny at its sole discretion any User access to this site or any portion thereof without notice.

10. For site security purpose and to ensure that this Web site remains available to all users, this Web site employs software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorised attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage and to detect other possible security breaches.

Linking to the NLG Web site(s)

11. In order to promote its work and because Internet is about linking, the NLG encourages a User who maintains an external Web site to include hyperlinks to the main NLG Web site, to any of its satellite Web site(s) or to any of their pages (collectively "the NLG Web site(s)"), on that external site without having to ask prior permission, except as limited by section 1 above and under certain conditions listed below.

These hyperlinks must not:

infringe NLG's rights, in particular relating to its logo, acronym and intellectual property rights;
be used for the promotion of an Organisation or company, or of any commercial products or services.

As a consequence,

any link to the NLG Web site(s) must appear clearly as such, i.e. with the complete and obvious NLG URL;
if you link to the NLG Web site(s), you must refrain from creating frames, or using other visual altering tools, around the NLG pages;
any "material" from the NLG Web site(s) should not be uploaded on a Web site external to the NLG. Permission to make a link to the said material can be granted, on the condition the NLG URL appears clearly, as specified above;

The NLG Logo

12. The NLG logo should not be associated to any event, product or link to the NLG Web site(s) without the prior consent of the NLG. Requests for permission to use the NLG logo must be sent to the Webmaster account. To be accepted, the request must be justified and be related to a specific event or product the NLG takes part in (conference, co-editions etc.). The NLG logo may be also posted on another Web site, besides a link to the NLG Web site(s). The permission is then granted only for this specific event/product or for this specific linking purpose and must not be used for any other purpose or any longer than required for the allowed purpose. Rigourous respect of the NLG corporate identity (in particular of the recommendations concerning colour and language) is required in the use of the logo. Only the most recent version of the NLG logo should be used at all times.

What is the purpose of this site? Who are we?

The purpose of this site is to collect enough money to constitute an association (a humanitarian foundation) to help mainly the orphan children in the world as well as to help, within our means, all others who suffer in misery. We plan to intervene mainly in Asia, but we will also work in Africa and South America.

This organization has already a name. Its name is Stop All Misery (SAM), and its website www.stopallmisery.com (a prototype under construction for now).
SAM will function project by project.
There will be a central website of SAM that you will be able to consult and will be like a “dashboard” of all the projects in the following main areas:

Sponsorship of the children to support their education, including food and lodging of as many children as possible;
Emergency assistance (in the event of a catastrophe like, for example, a tsunami, an earthquake, or a hurricane / typhoon, etc.)
Other humanitarian projects as suggested, identified and accepted.

SAM will have no ties with any particular country, political party, or religious organization. Any person, in the world, can submit a proposal for a project to SAM. Then, if the project is feasible, we will create an exclusive website for this project. There will be as many websites as there are projects. These sites will be fully accessible to everyone.

On each project site, we will identify ALL the elements of the project (project description, its principals / people involved, picture galleries, financing, etc.). In addition to being informative for the general public, the website will be actually a working site for the project (Forum, Mails). It will be a vehicle for exchanging ideas, follow-up on progress, document usage of the donations, support for project accounting and reporting, etc.

Sometimes it is just enough to put together experts in a field to help others. Volunteer experts can tell us if such or such project is feasible and to evaluate its cost and timeline.
Some other times it will be necessary to invest money to carry out these projects.
In all cases we will always develop and support projects that actively involve local population (i.e. the applicants).
We believe that a help is appreciated only if it is actually understood and implemented, by those who have need for it (“do not give a person a fish, but to teach them how to fish”).

To carry out all that, one needs time, determination and also, of course, money.

My name is Denis Luglia and I decided to spend the rest of my life working on this enterprise. Other friends in the world (in the United States, in China, in Indonesia, in Thailand and in Vietnam) support me and are already helping me in this endeavor. The money of the donations will be also used to pay me and all the material necessary to run this organization (lease of a server and development PC, implementation of paid or voluntary teams in various countries, etc.)
